Interested in self-employment?

We are here for you, every step of the way.

Our Services

  • We begin by conducting a thorough needs assessment. This involves understanding your business goals and identifying specific challenges you might face due to your disability.

We then create a map of our offerings including the services tailored to your unique needs and the outcomes you should expect to see from our involvement.

  • Business coaching involves a 1-hour online session with a mentor who has expert business experience and knowledge of the disability sector.

During these sessions, you will benefit from your mentor's specialised guidance, problem-solving and innovation, not to mention the confidence and motivation to smash your business goals.

  • Our support work services are aimed at helping you action your business plan through a wide range of tasks that you may require assistance with due to your disability.

This could include assisting with obtaining business licenses, research into laws and regulations, or in-person support at a market stall.

  • Our flexible virtual administration services aim to ease the initial pressures of starting a business.

We can assist with a range of administrative tasks such as time management (managing schedules and appointments), document management, customer support and communication, digital technology assistance and more.

  • Our NDIS experts will review a de-identified copy of your plan and provide advice on how you might be able to use your funding to access our services in support of your employment goals.

We also provide support throughout the NDIS plan review process. This may involve report writing, offering guidance on writing goals, and attending and advocating during the review meetings.

  • We host half-yearly seminars where participants and support coordinators can engage with presenters from various industries and fields.

These experts will share valuable insights on entrepreneurship and navigating the NDIS landscape. For example, an occupational therapist might present on how to adapt office environments for different disabilities.

These events will also provide dedicated networking opportunities for our clients. These seminars will also be accessible virtually for those unable to attend in person due to disabilities or other constraints.

  • You will have access to our referral network of reputable NDIS organisations that can assist your business in a meaningful way.

These providers are sourced and vetted by our team to alleviate this additional pressure at the onset of your small business journey.

  • We offer, after three months of clientship, access to a two-night STA package to refresh, relax and mentally deflate after three months of business building.
